GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for the general operation of the facility, particularly ensuring all residential areas are adequately staffed and active treatment plans are implemented as scheduled.
The site supervisor will monitor and observe, redirect, and train direct care professionals in multiple locations per day in the areas of preparing and serving meals, medication administration, and client hygiene as directed on their checklists.
EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Assess each residential area at the beginning of their shift to ensure that staffing needs are adequate and make staffing adjustments as needed in collaboration with the assigned supervisor to ensure adequate staffing in all residential areas.

While on location, reviews the census and active treatment plans to ensure services are being provided as needed, and provides training to all direct care staff on the services specified in the active treatment plans.
3.
Performs corrective action with any direct care worker found to be violating company policy, including placing the direct care provider on administrative leave until their direct supervisor or the Human Resources or Social Services Supervisor makes contact with them.
4.
Responds to all resident behavioral and medical emergencies by offering guidance, support, and training for dealing with the emergency.

Completes assigned observations (includes staff training, redirection, corrective action, etc.
per the checklist) in residential locations in accordance with assigned checklist:
These activities may include but are not limited to snacks, formal training, meal preparation, meals, client hygiene, medication administration, and completion of duty books.
6.
Ensures the safety and security of St.
Mary's by monitoring the grounds, supplies, vehicles, and other company property and correcting any issues or misuse of company property.
7.
Document, report, and respond to all issues in their assigned areas in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Engages in general problem solving for any issues that may arise during their shift, within the scope of their knowledge.
8.
Ensures the accurate implementation of all behavior management plans and behavior modification programs as well as all training goals and objectives daily.
9.
Responds to emergencies, disasters, and facility evacuations by providing assistance, supervision, and leadership to residents and staff at St.
Mary's and at the evacuation sites.
10.
Performs all others duties as assigned by their supervisor and or administration.
